This Privacy Policy explains how LiveJix ("we", "the Platform") processes, stores and protects your personal data through our website and mobile application. We process your data in line with applicable law, including the GDPR where applicable and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698).

Account data: Username, email and linked platform (Kick/Google) identifiers.
Usage data: Session logs, device/browser information, IP address and technical data such as page views.
Content data: Settings and preferences you create while using Platform tools.
Notification data: Your push notification preferences in the mobile app.

Account creation, authentication and session management.
Delivering the service, running creator tools and providing support.
Security, prevention of abuse and compliance with legal obligations.

Legal basis

We process your data based on performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where required, your explicit consent.

Mobile app specifics

On-device processing: Some features such as speech-to-text (STT) run on your device where possible; your audio is not sent to our servers for this processing.
Permissions: The app requests only the permissions needed for the feature you use (e.g. microphone, notifications). You can revoke permissions anytime in device settings.
Push notifications: A device notification token may be processed to send notifications; you can turn notifications off.
App stores: When you obtain the app via Google Play / App Store, the respective store applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to deliver the service, the platforms you connect (Kick/Google), and competent authorities where legally required.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the processing purposes and any statutory retention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under applicable law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To delete your account and associated data, you can submit a request from the app/account settings or contact us.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
