These Terms of Use govern your use of the LiveJix website and mobile application ("the Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Description of the service

The Platform provides streaming tools, chat/moderation features and related content services for creators and viewers. We reserve the right to change, improve or discontinue the service without prior notice.

Accounts and eligibility

Some features may require signing in with platforms such as Kick or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You confirm that you have the required age and capacity to use the Platform.

Acceptable use

• Do not create unlawful, misleading, harmful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not compromise the security of the Platform, overload it, or attempt to reverse engineer it.
• Avoid spam, harassment, hate speech and similar abuse.

User content

You are responsible for the content and settings you create with Platform tools. You grant us permission to host and process this content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Mobile app terms

• You use the app only for personal and lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
• The app is distributed via Google Play and the App Store; the relevant store terms also apply.
• Updates may be required for features, security and compatibility; using the latest version is recommended.
• Some features require device permissions (microphone, notifications, etc.) and may run on-device.

Intellectual property

All rights to the Platform's software, trademarks, logos and content are reserved. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free and are not liable for indirect damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
