Adil Sani Konukoğlu Sports High School Dominates Turkish Athletics Championships

Double Championship in Indoor Athletics Students from Adil Sani Konukoğlu Sports High School took the top spots at the Jerfi Fıratlı U-18 Turkish Indoor Championships held at the Istanbul Ataköy Athletics Hall.
Ahmetcan Akkurt became the Turkish champion in the 1500-meter event with a time of 3:57.61.
In the same championship, Salih Özdemir won the gold medal in the 3000-meter race with a time of 8:44.04 and also secured third place in Turkey in the 1500-meter event with a time of 4:00.16.
Team Success in Cross Country Championships The school's athletes also maintained a consistent performance in the Turkish Cross Country Championships.
The Boys' Cross Country Team reached the podium as the runner-up in Turkey, while the Girls' Cross Country Team achieved fourth place nationwide.
Athlete Furkan Kanlı's performance was also highlighted as a factor reinforcing the school's competence in the athletics branch.
"The Product of Disciplined Work" Evaluating the achievements, School Principal Abdullah Taşdemir stated that these results were not a coincidence.
Taşdemir emphasized that the championships were the result of a disciplined training process and the selfless efforts of the teachers, and he congratulated the athletes.
