The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that the individual's actions will be meticulously evaluated within the framework of the Turkish Penal Code.
Suspect Taken Into Custody Following technical investigations, the individual identified as Y.S.
was apprehended and detained by law enforcement forces.
It was reported that the suspect is being processed for the crimes of "threatening" and "inciting or insulting the public to hatred and enmity." The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office noted that the judicial process will be conducted transparently and that all legal procedures will be fully implemented.
