37th Tax Week: Revenue Administration Launches Educational Mobilization for Youth

Tax Week Events Begin The Revenue Administration (GİB) has prepared an extensive event calendar for the 37th Tax Week, which will be celebrated between February 23 and March 1.
Aiming to instill tax awareness particularly in younger generations, the Administration will meet with students and taxpayers across Turkey through its central and provincial organizations.
Career and Information Panels at Universities Within the framework of the events, panels and conferences will be organized at universities to provide young people with detailed information about the institution's operations and career opportunities.
These programs aim to increase university students' awareness of the tax system and allow them to closely understand sectoral operations.
Face-to-Face Education Programs in Schools Special educational programs will be implemented for students at primary, middle, and high school levels.
Tax awareness teams, consisting of expert personnel from provincial treasuries, will visit schools to provide face-to-face training.
In these sessions, the role of taxes in social development and its importance as a civic duty will be conveyed in a language appropriate for the students' levels.
