Housing Distribution by District The distribution of the 17,225 housing units to be built across Bursa is planned as follows: Central Districts (Karacabey, Gürsu, Kestel, and Nilüfer): 7,550 units İnegöl: 4,000 units Gemlik: 3,000 units Mustafakemalpaşa: 750 units Yenişehir: 500 units Orhangazi: 400 units Mudanya: 300 units İznik: 250 units Orhaneli: 175 units Büyükorhan, Harmancık, and Keles: 100 units each How to Check Lottery Results Once the lottery drawings are completed, the results will be made available on the same day through TOKİ's official website and the e-Devlet (e-Government) portal.
Citizens can check if they have been selected by logging into the system with their Turkish ID numbers.
TOKİ Lottery Calendar Continues Following the completion of the process in Bursa, the lottery excitement will move to other provinces.
According to the established schedule, drawings will take place in Çorum on February 23, Burdur on February 26, and Denizli and Osmaniye on February 27.
Following the recently completed drawings in Diyarbakır, this step in Bursa represents one of the most critical stages in the process of thousands of families receiving their new homes.
