CBRT Revokes Operating Licenses of Three Payment and Electronic Money Institutions

CBRT Revokes Licenses The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has officially revoked the operating licenses of three payment and electronic money institutions.
The decisions regarding the cancellations were published in the Official Gazette and have entered into force.
The institutions whose licenses were terminated are: Fzypay Akaryakıt Dağıtım ve Ödeme Sistemleri A.Ş.
Klon Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş.
TTM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
Legal Basis and Process The revocation decisions were made within the framework of Law No.
6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions, dated June 20, 2013.
The CBRT reached the decision to terminate the licenses following audits and evaluations conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law.
