Visits to Tradesmen and Chambers in Ulus Republican People's Party (CHP) Bartın MP Aysu Bankoğlu conducted a series of meetings in the Ulus district of Bartın.
Bankoğlu began her program by visiting the CHP Ulus District Presidency, where she met with District President Nazime Bayraktar and board members.
Following this, Bankoğlu visited Ferdi Özer, President of the Ulus Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen, and Barış Gökalp, President of the Ulus Chamber of Drivers and Automobile Tradesmen, in their offices to offer her best wishes for their new term of work.
During the visits, the problems faced by tradesmen and drivers, as well as sectoral expectations, were discussed in detail.
Bankoğlu emphasized that she would continue to voice the concerns of local tradesmen and workers within the Parliament.
"The People Have No Strength Left" After the chamber visits, Bankoğlu met with tradesmen and citizens, drawing attention to the economic contraction and the rising cost of living.
Stating that fuel price hikes and high inflation have pushed the public into deep poverty, Bankoğlu criticized current economic policies.
"Our people start every day with rising prices.
Shops closing without a single sale and the struggle to make ends meet have become chronic issues.
None of the citizens we spoke to in Ulus expressed satisfaction with the current situation." Arguing that the government is responsible for the economic crisis, Bankoğlu stated that a way out of the crisis is only possible through a change in administration.
Asserting that the solution lies at the ballot box, Bankoğlu reiterated her call for an early election to meet the demands of the people.
