Diesel Prices Expected to Rise by 2.40 TL

Price Hike Effective Tuesday According to information obtained from industry sources, a significant increase in diesel prices is anticipated.
Starting Tuesday, diesel prices are expected to rise by 2.40 TL, while no changes are currently expected for gasoline prices.
How Fuel Prices Are Determined Fuel prices are calculated by adding Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) and Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) shares to the duty-free refinery price.
During this process, the US dollar exchange rate and international product prices play a decisive role.
Changes in refinery exit prices are directly reflected in pump prices.
Current Fuel Prices Before the expected hike, current fuel prices in major cities are as follows: Istanbul: On the European Side, gasoline is 57.17 TL and diesel is 57.89 TL; on the Anatolian Side, gasoline is 57.00 TL and diesel is 57.74 TL.
Ankara: Gasoline is 58.10 TL and diesel is 59.02 TL.
Izmir: Gasoline is 58.37 TL and diesel is 59.30 TL.
