New Appointment in Param Management Param, one of Turkey's leading financial technology institutions, continues to strengthen its management team as part of its growth strategies.
Elif Bilge Ceylan, who has a deep-rooted 20-year background in marketing, brand experience, and corporate communications, joined Param as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as of February 19.
Academic Background and Career Journey Completing her undergraduate studies at Boğaziçi University in 2006, Elif Bilge Ceylan earned her master's degree in Strategic Marketing and Brand Management from Bahçeşehir University in 2010.
She began her professional career in 2006 at METRO Group, where she took on critical responsibilities in marketing and corporate communications processes.
Finance and Strategic Management Experience After serving as Brand and Corporate Communications Manager at METRO Group and Metro Turkey, Ceylan continued her career in the finance sector.
She held the position of Vice President of Marketing Communications and Brand Experience at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası.
Prior to joining Param, Ceylan served as the Group Head of Marketing and Brand Experience at CCN Holding.
In her new role, she will lead Param’s brand vision and marketing strategies.
