Emlak Konut Signs Agreement for İzmir Çeşme Musalla Project: 1.6 Billion TL Revenue Share

New Investment Move in Çeşme Emlak Konut Real Estate Investment Trust (EKGYO) has announced the signing of the official contract for the "Musalla 1st Stage" project to be implemented in Çeşme, İzmir's tourism hub.
With this step, the company aims to evaluate the real estate potential in the region and transform its existing land portfolio into a high value-added project.
According to the agreement, the total sales revenue of the project is projected to be approximately 4,000,000,000 TL.
Emlak Konut's share of this revenue has been determined as 1,600,000,000 TL, representing a company share ratio of 40%.
Strategic Objectives This agreement, which is part of Emlak Konut's strategy to strengthen its presence in and around İzmir, will make a significant contribution to meeting the need for qualified residential and commercial spaces in the region.
Upon completion of the project, it is aimed to increase the tourism and real estate value of Çeşme.
