Yaprak Süt Finalizes Timeline for 2000% Bonus Share Issue

Details of the Capital Increase Yaprak Süt ve Besi Çiftlikleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
has decided to increase its existing capital by 2000%, raising it to 298,200,000 TL.
The company's current issued capital of 14,200,000 TL will be increased by 284,000,000 TL, with the entire amount covered by internal resources.
Of this increase, 206,730,568.98 TL will be sourced from positive differences in capital adjustments, while 77,269,431.02 TL will be funded from extraordinary reserves.
Rights Exercise and Payment Schedule According to the company's announcement, the start date for the exercise of bonus share rights has been set for February 27, 2026.
For shareholders whose shares are traded on the stock exchange, the date the new shares will be credited to accounts is March 3, 2026.
The record date for determining right holders was announced as March 2, 2026.
Approval and Registration Process Completed The amendment to the articles of association regarding the capital increase was reportedly approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on February 12, 2026.
The capital increase and the subsequent amendment to the articles of association were officially registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on February 20, 2026.
