Incident Videos that show a man described as a "Vanli businessman" walking while being recorded were shared on social media.
The footage was identified as Ali Haydar Kurum.
Arrest and Detention Police from the Istanbul Police Department’s Security Branch detained Kurum in Ümraniye and brought him to the Istanbul Police Headquarters.
He was subsequently taken into custody.
Investigation The Public Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation, conducting searches and seizure operations.
Police records identified 11 suspicious incidents involving Kurum.
