This decision coincides with the "Strategy Document and Action Plan for Strengthening Children in the Digital World (2026-2030)," which was published in the Official Gazette on February 3 following a Presidential Circular.
The circular, signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, emphasizes the necessity of raising children in accordance with the requirements of the digital age while ensuring their protection from online risks.
Inter-Institutional Coordination and Monitoring Prepared under the coordination of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, the action plan adopts a holistic approach to the effects of digital transformation on children.
The primary objective is to strengthen protective and supportive policies in the digital sphere.

To ensure the effective implementation of these measures, a specialized digital monitoring system will be established.
Within the framework of this strategic step aimed at enhancing children's well-being in the digital world, all public institutions and organizations are expected to fulfill their designated duties diligently.
