Privatization Process Begins for 14 Properties The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced the privatization of 14 state-owned properties through a sale method.
The properties are located in the provinces of Kayseri, Muş, Muğla, Manisa, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, and Tekirdağ.
Locations and Districts The real estate assets offered for sale are situated in the following regions: Kayseri: Talas Muş: Central Muğla: Ula Manisa: Akhisar Eskişehir: Tepebaşı Gaziantep: Şahinbey and Şehitkamil Tekirdağ: Süleymanpaşa Tender Schedule and Deadlines According to the official schedule, the deadlines for submitting bids are as follows: March 31: Deadline for properties in Kayseri, Muş, Muğla, and Manisa.
April 1: Deadline for five properties located in Eskişehir.
Bidding and Auction Method The tenders will be conducted using a "bargaining" method.
This involves collecting sealed bids from multiple participants, followed by negotiations.
The process will conclude with an auction among the bidders who remain after the negotiation phase.
