The lottery draws for TOKİ's social housing project continue this week across six provinces. With these new draws, the total number of determined beneficiaries will exceed 331,000.

New Week in TOKİ Lottery Draws: 19,543 Houses to Find Owners in 6 Provinces

312,000 Beneficiaries Determined in Eight Weeks Eight weeks have passed in the lottery draws conducted by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) as part of the "Housing Project of the Century." Since the process began on December 29, 2025, a total of 312,290 beneficiaries have been determined in the presence of a notary across 69 provinces, following the most recent draw in Bursa.
This Week's Lottery Schedule According to the new schedule covering February 23 to March 1, lottery draws will be held for a total of 19,543 houses in six provinces.
The planned schedule and housing numbers are as follows: Tuesday, February 24: Uşak (2,558 houses) Wednesday, February 25: Isparta (2,889 houses) Thursday, February 26: Burdur (2,206 houses) Friday, February 27: Edirne (2,530 houses), Denizli (6,370 houses), and Osmaniye (2,990 houses) Metropolitan Cities and Delivery Process With the completion of these draws, the lottery process will be finalized in 75 provinces across Turkey.
The schedule for the remaining six provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, is expected to be announced in the coming days.
The project aims to rapidly lay foundations, with the first key deliveries targeted for March 2027.
Alongside the social housing, 500 neighborhood mansions featuring kindergartens, health centers, and sports halls will be established across Turkey to preserve neighborhood culture.
