New Term Focused on Education and Technical Competence In the second term of the "Energy School for Women," a new training program will be implemented to increase participants' technical knowledge and deepen their competencies.
This program is planned to strengthen women's positions in the sector and enable them to take more active roles in technical fields.
Sustainable Outcomes and Career Goals Süreyya Erkan, General Director of the Status of Women at the Ministry of Family and Social Services, highlighted the importance of the project, stating that they have achieved concrete and sustainable outcomes through the cooperation process.
Cansu Ünal Öngören, Finance Manager and Board Member of Reges Electric, commented on the project's objectives.
