BIST 100 Index Closes First Half of the Day Up 1.03% at 14,077 Points

During the day, the index tested a low of 14,044.38 points and climbed as high as 14,190.09 points.
Sectoral Performance and Stock Movements Analyzing sectoral performance, the financial index became the top gainer of the day with an increase of 1.82%.
The industrial index rose by 1.41%, the services index by 0.86%, and the technology index by 0.22%.
Among the stocks included in the BIST 100 index, 83 recorded gains, 16 lost value, and one stock remained flat.
The following companies stood out as the most traded stocks by volume during the first half of the day: Turkish Airlines (THY) Türkiye İş Bankası (C) ASELSAN Akbank Astor Enerji Gold, Oil, and Bond Markets In global markets, the price of gold per ounce reached $5,150.
In the energy market, Brent crude oil was trading at $71.1 per barrel, down 0.2%.
In the bond market, the simple yield of the benchmark bond maturing on July 14, 2027, was 33.31%, while the compound yield stood at 36.08%.
