Capital and Debt Instrument Transactions Borsa Istanbul companies have taken significant steps regarding capital ceiling increases and debt instrument issuances to strengthen their financial structures.
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) approved the registered capital ceiling increase applications for DOFER and DURKN, while ENJSA received Ministry approval for its capital ceiling increase to 10 billion TL.
Additionally, KLSYN submitted an official application to the SPK to raise its capital ceiling to 5 billion TL.
Key transactions in debt instruments include: AKBNK: The general management was authorized for the issuance of up to 25 billion TL in Mortgage-Backed Securities abroad.
