Payments Made The Ministry of Family and Social Services announced that, as part of the 2025 Family Year, birth allowance payments for February have been deposited into mothers' accounts as of today.
A total of 859,775 mothers received a combined payment of 12,077,000,000 Turkish lira.
Payment Details According to the 2025 Family Year, birth allowance is calculated as follows: First child: a one‑time payment of 5,000 lira Second child: a monthly payment of 1,500 lira Third and subsequent children: a monthly payment of 5,000 lira Payments will continue uninterrupted until the children reach five years of age.
Application and Tracking Applications for birth allowance are submitted via e‑Government and the “İlk Öğretmenim Ailem” mobile app.
Approved families can view the status of their payments through the app.
Future Plans The ministry stated it will continue to strengthen healthy, conscious families through sustainable support mechanisms that encourage family life.
