Investigation Launched into Social Media Influencer Deniz Sinan Demir: Detention Order Issued

Investigation Launched for Inciting Hatred The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an ex officio investigation into social media influencer Deniz Sinan Demir.
The investigation follows statements made by Demir during a live broadcast, which the prosecutor's office determined to contain elements of the crime of "Inciting the Public to Hatred and Enmity or Insult" under the Turkish Penal Code.
Detention and Search Warrant Issued As part of the ongoing investigation, necessary instructions have been forwarded to the Security Branch of the Istanbul Provincial Police Department.
Authorities have ordered the identification and detention of the suspect, as well as a search of his residence and the seizure of any materials that may constitute evidence of a crime.
Judicial Process Continues Police units are reportedly conducting meticulous technical examinations and reporting on the matter.
