Press Organizations Emphasize Press Freedom The Journalists' Association of Turkey (TGC) and the Journalists' Union of Turkey (TGS) criticized the continuous judicial harassment faced by journalists.
The TGC emphasized that a free press is essential for a democratic society, while the TGS stated that treating a judicial reporter as a criminal is unacceptable and demanded Uludağ's release.
