In line with this vision, protecting children from digital abuse will be a central agenda item during France's leadership of the G7.
Call for an International Coalition During his speech, Macron addressed Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling for the establishment of a new "coalition of the willing" to protect younger generations.
Expressing his desire for India's involvement in this process, Macron highlighted that digital safety is a global issue.
Other European nations, including the United Kingdom and Germany, have similarly placed legislative measures to enhance the digital safety of young people on their agendas.
