974 Independent Units Under Construction in Sındırgı and Bigadiç Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum has shared the latest developments regarding the disaster housing project initiated following earthquakes in the Sındırgı and Bigadiç districts of Balıkesir.
Visiting the region immediately after the earthquakes to meet with citizens, Minister Kurum had promised that the houses would be delivered within one year.
Under the comprehensive construction process launched by Minister Kurum's instructions, a total of 974 independent units are planned for Sındırgı and Bigadiç.
Additionally, it was decided to allocate 100 TOKİ social housing units, built in the Çavdaroğlu neighborhood of Sındırgı, to beneficiaries whose homes were damaged in the earthquake.
