Our judicial authorities must exercise the necessary sensitivity against posts that undermine the peace and sense of security of our citizens, create fear and unease in society, and present criminal proceeds as legitimate.
In an example case, a suspect was arrested for money laundering of assets derived from crime following financial investigations conducted under a probe initiated by the Van Public Prosecutor's Office.
The Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office carried out detention, search, and seizure operations against the suspect.
In cases where criminal suspicion exists, the necessary judicial procedures will be applied without delay.
