For international users, the verification process will involve using passport information and completing the process via a verification message sent to their mobile phones.
Legal Responsibility and Sanctions Minister Gürlek stated that the primary objective of the regulation is to prevent "reputation assassination" and attacks carried out through anonymous accounts, thereby clarifying legal accountability in the digital space.
