New Lottery Schedule for Social Housing Project: 19,000 Beneficiaries to be Determined in 6 Provinces

Weekly Lottery Schedule and Cities The excitement of the lottery continues in the "Housing Project of the Century," the most comprehensive social housing initiative in the history of the Republic.
Murat Kurum, the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, announced that beneficiaries in six more provinces will be determined this week.
The lottery draws will be held according to the following schedule: Tuesday, February 24: 2,558 houses in Uşak Wednesday, February 25: 2,889 houses in Isparta Thursday, February 26: 2,206 houses in Burdur Friday, February 27: A total of 11,890 houses in Edirne, Denizli, and Osmaniye By the end of the week, the owners of 19,543 housing units will have been determined in the presence of a notary.
Process Nearing Completion in 75 Provinces To date, beneficiaries for 312,290 houses have been determined in 69 provinces.
With the new draws, the number of provinces where the lottery process is completed will reach 75, and the total number of houses allocated through the lottery will reach 331,833.
Deliveries and Social Facilities The goal is to deliver the keys to the houses by March 2027.
The project focuses not only on housing needs but also on neighborhood culture.
In this context, 500 neighborhood mansions will be built across Turkey, featuring facilities such as kindergartens, family health centers, sports halls, and condolence houses.
These social facilities aim to meet the social needs of citizens on-site.
