Midday at Borsa Istanbul: BIST 100 Index Drops to 13,771 Points

Limited Losses in the BIST 100 Index The BIST 100 index at Borsa Istanbul completed the first half of the trading day at 13,771.49 points, representing a 0.24% decrease.
During the first session, the index tested a low of 13,751.89 points and reached a high of 13,914.32 points.
Sectoral Performance and Technology Index In sectoral analysis, the technology index showed positive divergence by gaining 1.27%.
Conversely, the services index fell by 0.05%, the industrial index by 0.22%, and the financial index by 0.45%.
Among the stocks included in the index, 48 gained value, 51 declined, and one remained unchanged.
Trading Volume and Market Data The companies with the highest trading volumes in the first half of the day were Turkish Airlines (THY), ASELSAN, Sasa Polyester, İş Bankası (C), and Akbank.
In the Istanbul free market, the US dollar is trading at 43.8450 TRY, while the Euro is at 51.6290 TRY.
In international markets, the price of gold rose by 0.5% to $5,028 per ounce, while Brent crude oil fell by 0.9% to $70.9 per barrel.
