BSH Türkiye Prepares Youth for Future Service Sector with TEKSİN Project

Education Model Tailored to Sectoral Needs BSH Türkiye is continuing its Strategic Cooperation with Technical Schools (TOSİ) program, which began in 2011, under the name TEKSİN by expanding it with the participation of authorized services.
Carried out in collaboration with technical high schools and vocational training centers, the project aims to train young people in line with the transforming needs of the white goods service sector.
Introduced at a stakeholder meeting, the TEKSİN project provides students with technical competence and practical learning opportunities, creating sustainable solutions for the sector's need for a qualified workforce.
Digital Transformation and Employment-Oriented Approach BSH Türkiye CEO Alper Şengül stated that products are becoming smarter and more digital every day, emphasizing the need for technology-oriented youth who can meet this transformation in the field.
Şengül highlighted that the primary goal of the project is to bring young people into the sector as ready, confident, and well-equipped individuals upon graduation.
Through career days, the importance of professional development is conveyed to students and their families, while BSH field teams and authorized service chiefs contribute directly to the students' development.
Technical Training for 2,500 Students In the laboratories established as part of the project, technical training has been provided to approximately 2,500 students to date, alongside school teachers.
Awards were presented at a ceremony to volunteer authorized services that contributed to the program's success.
The TEKSİN project enhances the technical equipment of young people while facilitating their adaptation to the digital transformation of the white goods service network.
