BSH Türkiye Boosts Vocational Education: 2,500 Students Trained via TEKSİN Project

Education and Employment-Oriented Business Model BSH Türkiye has expanded its Technical Schools Strategic Cooperation (TOSİ) program, originally launched in 2011, into a new initiative called TEKSİN.
This project integrates authorized service providers into the educational process to better prepare students for the workforce.
During a recent stakeholder meeting, the company introduced the scope of this new model, which focuses on bridging the gap between education and employment.
Led by the BSH Türkiye Service Organization, the TEKSİN project establishes strong partnerships between Vocational Training Centers and Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools.
The initiative aims to enhance students' technical competencies and provide sustainable solutions to the industry's demand for qualified labor.
By involving field teams and authorized service managers in the training process, the project directly supports the employability of students after graduation.
Digital Transformation and Qualified Workforce Alper Şengül, CEO of BSH Türkiye, highlighted that as products become increasingly smart and digital, there is a growing need for tech-oriented young professionals who can meet these demands in the field.
Şengül emphasized that the project's primary goal is to bring ready, confident, and well-equipped individuals into the sector.
This approach is considered a strategic part of the company's commitment to creating social value.
The project has already provided technical training to school teachers and approximately 2,500 students at specialized facilities, allowing them to reinforce theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
At the stakeholder meeting, BSH Türkiye also recognized and presented awards to authorized service providers who have volunteered their time and expertise to the project.
