CBRT Revokes Licenses of Three Payment and Electronic Money Institutions

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has revoked the operating licenses of Fzypay, Klon Ödeme, and TTM Elektronik Para. The decisions were officially published in the Official Gazette.

License Revocations The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) has officially revoked the operating licenses of three financial institutions: Fzypay Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., Klon Ödeme Kuruluşu A.Ş., and TTM Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
The decisions were made in accordance with Law No.
6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
With these rulings, all authorities granted to the relevant companies under the scope of the law have been officially terminated.
Official Gazette Publication According to the communiqués published in the Official Gazette, the revocation decisions were finalized on February 18, 2026.
The decisions, published under separate headings for each company, have entered into force following their public announcement within the framework of the Central Bank's audit and regulatory powers.
