The investigation aims to determine whether principles regarding labor mobility and the protection of competition have been violated within the industry.
Public Disclosure from Yapı Kredi In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.
announced that an investigation has been opened to determine whether Article 4 of Law No.
4054 on the Protection of Competition has been breached.
The bank noted that several other banks, financial institutions, and companies are also included in the scope of the inquiry.
Legal Nature of the Process In its official statement, the bank emphasized that the opening of an investigation by the Competition Authority does not imply that the enterprises involved have violated the law or will face immediate punitive sanctions.
The investigation process will proceed in accordance with legal procedures within the framework of the relevant legislation.
