Public Disclosure from Yapı Kredi In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş.
announced that an investigation has been opened to determine whether Article 4 of Law No.
4054 on the Protection of Competition has been breached.
The bank noted that several other banks, financial institutions, and companies are also included in the scope of the inquiry.
