The investigation involves numerous banks, financial institutions, and companies, including Türkiye İş Bankası and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.
Public Disclosure Platform Statements In statements made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), both İş Bankası and Yapı Kredi Bankası reported that the Competition Board decided to open an investigation following its reviews of the labor market.
The banks emphasized that the opening of an investigation by the Competition Board does not imply that the institutions have violated the law or will necessarily face punitive sanctions.
The investigation process will be conducted within the framework of protecting competitive conditions in the labor market.
