New Housing Initiative from Emlak Konut Emlak Konut REIT has launched its "Welcome Home Campaign" specifically designed for 2026.
Valid from February 19 to March 18, 2026, the campaign offers various advantages for those looking to own real estate for both residential and investment purposes.
During this period, interest-free payment options are being highlighted for a limited number of residential and commercial units.
Three Different Financing Models The campaign provides citizens with three distinct financing models: Cash Payment Model: A 26% discount is applied for 2026, with the option to split payments into six installments.
New Home Model: This model offers buyers a 12% discount.
Installment Deferral Model: Buyers choosing this option can start their payments in the third year following the purchase.
Included Cities and Projects The campaign covers 24 prestigious projects located in Istanbul, Antalya, Balıkesir, and Denizli.
The projects offered for sale include Batı Ataşehir Evleri, Odak İstanbul, Yeni Fikirtepe, Yenişehir Evleri Arnavutköy, Düşler Vadisi Riva, Emlak Konut Vadi Evleri, Balıkesir Emlak Konutları, Başakşehir Avrasya Konutları Cadde, Batı Yakası, Evora Denizli, Gölyaka İstanbul, Komşu Finans Evleri, Kuzey Adalar, Majör Gölyaka, Nezihpark Bahçekent, Park Yaşam Antalya, Park Yaşam Çınarköy, Senfoni Etiler, Tual Asya, Tual Gölyaka, and Vadi Panorama Evleri.
