Minister Kacır Announces: 2026 Applications for Local Development Move to Begin on March 2

New Era in Local Development Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır has announced the 2026 application period for the Local Development Move Program, which aims to increase Turkey's local production capacity and transform provincial potential into value-added investments.
The program is designed to accelerate economic development across all 81 provinces.
Investment-Oriented Development Strategy Minister Kacır emphasized that the program's core vision is to ensure sustainable growth in priority areas identified on a province-by-province basis.
Regarding the initiative, Kacır stated: "We will strengthen our local development vision with concrete projects by increasing value-added production and qualified employment." Details of the Incentive and Support Package The program, which will support a total of 324 different investment topics across 81 provinces, offers significant financial advantages to investors.
The incentives provided under this framework include: Cash support of up to 301 million TL for each project.
Tax reduction opportunities of up to 50 percent of the investment amount.
These supports aim to increase the competitiveness of local industries and accelerate regional development.
Application Schedule and Process Applications for the Local Development Move Program will begin on March 2, 2026, and continue until May 15, 2026.
