Second Wave of Operations in Muğla: 3 Journalists and Former Provincial Chair Detained

Details of the Operation Teams from the Muğla Provincial Police Department conducted simultaneous raids across the province as part of an investigation coordinated by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
In this second wave of the operation, teams entered designated addresses in various districts and detained a total of eight suspects.

in the Menteşe district, journalist M.T.
in Milas, and journalist S.C.B.
in Fethiye were taken into custody by security forces.
Additionally, O.A., identified as a former provincial chair of a political party, along with M.G., S.K., U.K., and H.B., were among the other individuals apprehended within the scope of the investigation.
Investigation Process In the first stage of the investigation, numerous individuals were detained, and two of the suspects referred to the courthouse were arrested and sent to prison.
The eight individuals detained in the latest operation are expected to be transferred to the courthouse following the completion of their procedures at the police station.
