Monthly and Annual Changes in ND-PPI Data The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) has released the Non-Domestic Producer Price Index (ND-PPI) data for January 2026.
The index, which measures the change in producer prices of goods produced within the country and exported abroad, showed an increase of 4.06% in January compared to the previous month.
According to the announced data, the ND-PPI rose by 4.06% compared to December of the previous year and by 27.63% based on twelve-month averages.
The annual increase rate was calculated at 35.12%.
Mining and Manufacturing Data by Sector When examining the annual changes in the two main sectors of industry, an increase of 57.00% was observed in the mining and quarrying sector, while the manufacturing sector saw an increase of 34.76%.
On a monthly basis, the mining and quarrying sector rose by 11.32%, and the manufacturing sector increased by 3.94%.
Latest Situation in Main Industrial Groups In terms of annual change rates for main industrial groups, the highest increase occurred in durable consumer goods at 46.09%.
Other groups saw increases of 32.71% in intermediate goods, 42.14% in non-durable consumer goods, 11.00% in energy, and 35.06% in capital goods.
Looking at the monthly changes specifically for January, intermediate goods increased by 3.71%, durable consumer goods by 5.50%, non-durable consumer goods by 3.87%, energy by 4.75%, and capital goods by 4.20%, contributing to the overall rise in the index.
