Charges and Legal Proceedings A total of 26 defendants are being tried in the case, which was initiated following allegations of money laundering and the issuance of fake invoices through beauty centers owned by Neslim Güngen.
The defendants face several serious charges, including "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes," "laundering property values originating from crime," and "forgery of official documents." Release Decision and Judicial Control Measures In the latest hearing of the case, the court panel decided to release Neslim Güngen and her husband İnanç Güngen from custody.
With this decision, there are no longer any detained defendants remaining in the case file.
The court ruled that judicial control measures, including a ban on traveling abroad and a requirement to report to a police station for signatures at regular intervals, would be applied to the released suspects.
The trial process will continue with the defendants being tried while pending trial.
