Official Gazette Announcement The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced that 15 real estate properties located across seven different provinces will be privatized through a sale process.
Locations of the Properties The properties included in the tender are located in strategic districts across the following provinces: Kayseri: Talas Muş: Central district Muğla: Ula Manisa: Akhisar Eskişehir: Tepebaşı Gaziantep: Şahinbey and Şehitkamil Tekirdağ: Süleymanpaşa Bidding Deadlines The deadlines for submitting bids vary depending on the location of the properties: For properties in Kayseri, Muş, Muğla, and Manisa, the deadline is March 31.
For the five properties located in Eskişehir, bids can be submitted until April 1.
For properties in Gaziantep and Tekirdağ, the application deadline is April 2.
The tender process will be finalized through an open auction involving the bidders after the negotiation phase is completed.
