Privatization Decision Published in Official Gazette The Privatization Administration (ÖİB) of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has decided to privatize 14 real estate properties through a sale method.
Following the decision published in the Official Gazette, the bidding process for properties located in seven different provinces has officially commenced.
Locations of Properties for Sale The properties included in the privatization scope are located in the following regions: Kayseri: Talas Muş: Merkez Muğla: Ula Manisa: Akhisar Eskişehir: Tepebaşı (5 properties) Gaziantep: Şahinbey and Şehitkamil Tekirdağ: Süleymanpaşa A total of 14 properties are involved in this process, with five separate properties in Eskişehir drawing particular attention.
Bidding Deadlines and Tender Method Deadlines for investors to submit their bids have been set incrementally based on the regions.
The deadline for properties in Kayseri, Muş, Muğla, and Manisa is March 31.
For properties in Eskişehir, the deadline is April 1, while for those in Gaziantep and Tekirdağ, the final date is April 2.
Negotiation and Auction Procedure The tender process will begin with the collection of sealed bids from multiple bidders.
This will be followed by negotiation sessions.
The process will conclude with an auction involving bidders who successfully pass the negotiation stage.
