As the lottery process for Istanbul—which received the highest number of applications—approaches, draws in other provinces coordinated by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ continue without interruption.
Current Status in Bursa and Other Provinces In line with the determined schedule, beneficiaries for the 17,225 houses to be built in Bursa are being identified through the lottery method.
During the week of February 16-22, 2026, the lottery process for 98,839 houses across 11 provinces will be completed.
This process marks another significant milestone in meeting local housing needs.
General Statistics and Next Steps By February 22, the number of provinces where lotteries have been completed will reach 69, bringing the total number of beneficiaries nationwide to 312,290.
Citizens whose names are drawn will be informed through official channels regarding the next stages, including contract signing processes, down payments, and installment plans.
