TOKİ Lottery Schedule Feb 23-28: Beneficiaries to be Determined in 6 Provinces

New Weekly Lottery Schedule The excitement continues in the largest social housing initiative in the history of the Republic, carried out by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ).
As part of the project aiming for 500,000 housing units, the schedule for the draws to be held between February 23 and 28 has been finalized.
According to the new calendar, thousands of beneficiaries will be determined this week in the provinces of Uşak, Isparta, Burdur, Edirne, Denizli, and Osmaniye.
Lottery Dates and Housing Numbers by Province According to the announced schedule, the lottery draws will take place in the following provinces on these dates: Uşak: February 24 – 2,558 houses Isparta: February 25 – 2,889 houses Burdur: February 26 – 2,206 houses Edirne: February 27 – 2,530 houses Denizli: February 27 – 6,370 houses Osmaniye: February 27 – 2,990 houses Expectations Continue for Major Cities Lottery dates for Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, which have seen high public interest, have not yet been officially announced.
The schedule for these three major cities, where the number of applications is highest, is expected to be clarified in the coming days.
It is anticipated that the draws for Istanbul will be spread across different days for the European and Anatolian sides due to the high volume of applicants.
Current Status and Result Inquiry To date, lottery draws have been completed in 69 provinces, determining the beneficiaries for a total of 312,290 housing units.
Applicants can track the lottery results and their beneficiary status instantly via the e-Devlet portal using their TR ID numbers.
