Service Revenues and Subscriber Performance Vodafone Turkey has announced its financial results for the third quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, covering the period from October to December 2025.
The company reported a total service revenue of 36 billion TL during this period.
Analysis of subscriber data shows that the total number of mobile subscribers, which stood at 25.5 million at the end of September 2025, decreased to 25.1 million by the end of December.
Despite a loss of approximately 400,000 subscribers during this three-month period, growth momentum in the postpaid segment was maintained, with the number of postpaid subscribers rising from 21.3 million to 21.5 million.
Fixed Broadband and Data Usage In the fixed broadband sector, the number of subscribers remained steady at 1.4 million.
The total number of subscribers, including machine-to-machine (M2M) communications, was recorded at 31.6 million.
There was also a notable increase in customer data usage habits, with total mobile data usage reaching 1,399 petabytes during the October-December 2025 period.
Digital Channels and Ecosystem Growth As a result of Vodafone's digitalization-focused strategy, the number of monthly active customers using digital channels such as Vodafone Yanımda and Online Self Service reached 18.2 million.
The total monthly interactions performed by customers through these platforms were announced as 323 million.
In financial services, the number of Vodafone Pay users increased to 9.9 million, while the monthly unique user count for the AI-based personal assistant TOBi reached 7 million.
