Weekly Investment Report: Stock Market Declines as Technology Index Diverges Positively

Weekly Outlook for Borsa Istanbul The BIST 100 index on Borsa Istanbul completed the week at 13,934.06 points, representing a 1.74 percent decrease.
During the week, the index followed a volatile course, reaching a low of 13,718.14 points and a high of 14,532.67 points.
Sectoral Divergence When analyzed on a sectoral basis, the technology index became one of the few sectors to close the week positively, with a 3.20 percent value increase, rising to 37,463.35 points.
In contrast, other major indices faced downward pressure.
The services index fell by 3.08 percent to 12,420.26 points, the industrial index decreased by 2.60 percent to 16,858.46 points, and the financial index lost 1.17 percent to end at 19,532.75 points.
