Key factors increasing the need for legal consultancy included rental agreements, protection of personal rights, and changes in tax regulations.
Medical information consultancy saw a demand of 11.3%, while services such as healthy nutrition, financial information, and veterinary consultancy accounted for 22% of the total demand.
Support Demands Differ by Gender Women constitute 59% of those utilizing consultancy services, while men make up 41%.
The data shows that male employees tend toward legal consultancy, whereas female employees request more intensive support in the field of psychological counseling.
Among those receiving psychological support, 83% applied directly for themselves, with anxiety, depressive symptoms, child development, and marital issues being the most common topics.
Direct Contribution to Motivation and Job Performance Banu Mercan Öztürk, AVİTA Business Excellence Manager, stated that changing work patterns and economic uncertainties following the pandemic have increased the mental burden on employees.
Öztürk emphasized that support provided to employees is no longer just a fringe benefit but has become a fundamental building block of sustainable success.
According to data evaluating the impact of services on work life, 51.50% of employees stated that their psychological state negatively affected their work before receiving support.
Following the support process, 86% reported a positive reflection on their work life, and 88% reported an increase in motivation.
Öztürk noted that companies investing in the psychological resilience and work-life balance of their employees will build a more resilient organizational culture in the long term.
