Weekly Performance of the BIST 100 Index The BIST 100 index at Borsa İstanbul completed the week of February 16-20, 2026, with a loss of 1.74%.
Closing the week at 13,934.06 points, the index followed a volatile course throughout the five trading days.
During the week, the BIST 100 saw a low of 13,718.14 points and tested a high of 14,532.67 points.
Technology Sector Diverges Positively When examining sector indices on a weekly basis, the technology index was observed to diverge positively from the market with an increase of 3.20%.
The services index lost 3.08%, the industrial index fell by 2.60%, and the financial index decreased by 1.17%.
Top Gainers and Losers of the Week Among the stocks included in the BIST 100 index, Destek Finans Faktoring AŞ provided the highest return to its investors with an increase of 35.64%.
On the other hand, the following companies stood out on the list of the week's most depreciated stocks: Girişim Elektrik Sanayi: 16.70% decrease Qua Granite Hayal Yapı: 14.16% decrease Ral Yatırım Holding: 13.51% decrease Aselsan Leads in Market Value The ranking of the most valuable companies on Borsa İstanbul remained unchanged.
Aselsan maintained its title as Turkey's most valuable company with a total market value of 1 trillion 428 billion 420 million Turkish Liras.
