Borsa İstanbul Closes Up 0.70% on 14,505.48 Points

Daily Performance The BIST 100 index rose 100.23 points from the previous close to 14,505.48, marking a 0.70% gain for the day.
Sector Performance The Banking index increased by 2.43%, while the Holding index fell 0.26%.
The Chemical, Oil and Plastic sectors recorded the highest gains at 3.25%, whereas the IT sector suffered the largest loss at 3.90%.
Trading Volume Total trading volume reached 328.6 billion lira, the highest ever recorded on Borsa İstanbul.
