Strategic Moves by Institutional Investors Changes in the capital structures and partnership stakes of companies traded on Borsa Istanbul were clarified through Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) notifications dated February 19, 2026.
Bank of America Corporation (BofA) carried out high-volume transactions in CONSE and SASA shares.
Following the trading activity in CONSE shares, the institution's stake rose to 5.04%, while BofA's partnership ratio in SASA decreased to 4.57% as a result of intensive sell-off operations.
Meanwhile, Azimut Portföy increased its capital share in PNLSN to 20.07% through new acquisitions.
In Pardus Portföy’s KUYAS transactions, the institution's stake was updated to 5.41%.
Corporate Share Buyback Operations Share buyback programs on Borsa Istanbul continue without slowing down.
Reflecting strategies to support market value and demonstrate confidence in their own shares, the following acquisitions took place: ESCAR: 500,000 shares repurchased.
MEPET: 162,239 shares repurchased.
OFSYM: 50,350 shares repurchased.
LKMNH: 20,468 shares repurchased.
Other Changes in Shareholder Structure Regarding GOKNR shares, Esterad Bank transferred over 18.8 million shares to Bahattin Erten via off-exchange methods.
In RODRG, Ayfer Gültekin’s sale transaction reduced her partnership stake to 0.35%, while AVTUR increased its stake in SEGYO capital to 2.70% with the purchase of 2 million shares.
These transactions indicate that liquidity and dynamism in partnership structures within the market remain strong.
