Borsa Istanbul Closes Week with 1.74% Loss: Gold Prices Continue to Rise

During the week, the index reached a high of 14,532.67 points and fell to a low of 13,718.14 points.
Closing the week with a 1.74% decrease compared to the previous close, the BIST 100 ended at 13,934.06 points.
Gold and Foreign Exchange Markets Republic gold was traded at 47,894 liras with a 1.32% increase, while the quarter gold gained 1.33% in value, reaching 11,911 liras.
In the foreign exchange market, the Euro lost 0.62% against the Turkish Lira, falling to 51.6060 liras.
Investment funds closed the week with a 0.51% loss, while pension funds saw a decline of 0.86%.
