Borsa İstanbul Imposes Margin Trading Ban on Frigo-Pak Gıda (FRIGO) Shares

New Measure Under VBTS Borsa İstanbul has implemented a restriction on the shares of Frigo-Pak Gıda Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
(FRIGO) within the framework of the Volatility Based Measure System (VBTS), established in accordance with Capital Markets Board (SPK) regulations.
Ban on Margin Trading and Short Selling According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), FRIGO.E shares will not be subject to short selling or margin trading from the start of transactions on February 23, 2026, until the end of the session on March 19, 2026.
Objective of Investor Protection The measure was implemented to prevent excessive volatility in the share price and to ensure the healthy functioning of the market.
These decisions taken under the VBTS are applied in addition to existing trading rules and expire at the end of the designated period.
